If the event takes place far from the employees' homes, organize accommodation so that the guests do not have to come back home after the night. However, whether they are all going by one bus or coach, and maybe by cars on their own, should also be determined at the beginning. Another element worth taking care of is catering. Kitchen cooked with passion, according to the principles of slow food, will appeal to even the most demanding gourmets.
Don't forget about other important issues, such as the musical setting. You can hire a DJ, but nothing will happen if you and your employees prepare a playlist and play it from the speakers. It all depends on the budget and the size of the celebration. If you combine a party with a gala, it is worth organizing an announcer. He will lead the official part i competitions for integration events. If, in theory, such a person is not needed, one of the organizers will have to take over his role and lead his colleagues through the next stages of the event.
Dressing up only at carnival?
Many people associate it with carnival due to the necessity to dress up as a given leitmotif.
