It is also a good idea to learn under the supervision of a master, e.g. a driving lesson with a rally driver, a sushi-making lesson with a master, metal forging workshops under the supervision of a blacksmith. As you can see, there are many possibilities. It is enough to think what will be attractive for a given team or employee. They do not have to be expensive ideas - originality counts. If your business is based in the city, you may find that employees dream of a really simple experience. Collecting honey from the hive, grazing sheep, sleeping in a hut with a fireplace - such attractions cost almost nothing and can be remembered forever.
