  7. A practical organizer who systematically and persistently implements projects. 
  8. Auditor, focused on the details and procedures to be followed. 

Collaboration in a group - a play-based lesson scenario

Team members should take part in games that are fun and teach something useful at the same time. Overcoming obstacles and solving puzzles together, regardless of the form, keeps employees focused on achieving the goal with the support of other people. The key to the success of these classes is creating relationships based on understanding, acceptance and full cooperation. The scenario of activities supporting cooperation in a group should strengthen emotions in participants, leading to the use of all knowledge and skills in order to achieve victory.

An important element of these exercises is for employees to move beyond their comfort zone, because only thanks to this, they will reveal their true emotions and inclinations. Building a strong team is crucial in the activities of any team leader. But not only. Already at the stage of recruiting new employees, we are looking for people with specific predispositions and characteristics, ideally suited to the temperaments and skills of other members of the team or department. Working in a company, we will always be members of a team. People come from different backgrounds, they behave differently when they are alone, among friends, and even differently among co-workers. For proper group cooperation to take place, the lesson plan must take into account various aspects. The people who make up the team need to get through. The perfect way to do this are various types of group coaching exercises. 

In order to effectively carry out the entrusted tasks, each team must develop the following abilities to strengthen cooperation in the group:

  • the ability to define a common goal and indicators of its implementation,
  • the ability to engage in the implementation of a specific task,
  • developing an atmosphere of commitment, openness, support and belonging to the team,
