Valentine's culinary photo session of the Korona Karkonoszy Manor


The Valentine's Day is also an important moment in the communication calendar of many brands. Included in marketing strategies, it positively influences the increase of awareness and reaching potential customers. That is why, and this year our tasks for February include the implementation of a culinary session of dishes prepared by chefs representing the Korona Karkonoszy Manor.

About the Korona Karkonoszy Manor

Dwór Korona Karkonoszy is located in a unique place on the map of Lower Silesia. The attractive location - in Sosnówka, a few kilometers from Jelenia Góra and Karpacz, and about 100 km from Wrocław - is definitely one of the advantages of this place. The Manor specializes in the organization of unforgettable weddings - since the beginning of the Manor's operation, nearly 750 such ceremonies have been organized. In addition, he conducts successful integration events for companies, which is confirmed by the acquisition of over 4,500 written references. It is also a great accommodation base for people staying in the vicinity of Sosnówka (provides accommodation for 125 people). There is also a Stylish Conference Center in the Manor, and guests have at their disposal a charming garden with about 1000 species of plants. In addition, a treat for gourmets will be the fact that local chefs offer as many as 350 dishes to choose from. The manor also has its own brand of craft beer, a brand of fine coffee, various, own types of craft oils and preserves.

Challenges for Commplace

PR agency she was responsible for preparing the concept of a photo session referring to the theme of Valentine's Day. The first step was the selection of appropriately matched dishes, ideal for the above-mentioned. opportunity. In this area, Commplace's work was supported by our professional chefs from Dwór Korona Karkonoszy, which is our center gastronomic and event. Each of the prepared recipes was based on the unique ideas of the chefs of the Korona Karkonoszy Manor. Among them were:

  • Gravlax salmon salad
  • Chicken fillet marinated in beetroot juice, served with spinach couscous and caramelized carrots
  • Raspberry semolina porridge with chocolate foam

The next step was to create a session script that included a detailed description of the shot. Each photo must correspond to the brand image, while at the same time implementing the keynote of the entire session. As a result, the session was carried out smoothly and according to the agreed schedule.
