Increasing the responsibility and scope of duties can be a great motivator at work. It does not really cost the company anything, and it brings great benefits. It allows you to relieve others and provides an injection of new ideas and energy. It is worth considering this through the following scene:

One manager complained about demotivated employees during a coach workshop. He had to do everything for them, because they were not able to show initiative.
