Company meeting is associated today - and rightly so - also with having fun while listening to music. There are many examples of fun and interesting dance games. When organizing a party with a DJ or a dance leader, it is worth asking them about unconventional ideas that will surprise your employees.

One of the traditional games is dancing around the chairs. It may seem hackneyed, but people like to play a game they've already played. Traditional chairs will certainly cheer up many participants. What is it about? In the middle of the room there are chairs - one number lower than the number of participants. The players dance around the chairs to the rhythm of the music played by the band. When the music stops, they have to get down on the chairs as soon as possible. The person for whom there is not enough space is out. One chair is removed in the next round. The fun continues until two people and one seat are left on the dance floor. 

Integration dance games may take the form of a dance competition. Volunteers form pairs. From among the remaining guests, a jury is selected to judge the competitors' performances. Participants dance to the rhythms played by the music band. The game is divided into several rounds. All competitors take part in the first one. After each one, one or more pairs are eliminated. The best two pairs reach the finals. One of them will be the winner after presenting their final performance.

You can also conduct a group competition if we want our employees to work even more on communicating with each other. Groups of 5-6 people have to create a short choreography within e.g. 15 minutes to the previously appointed song. Then each team presents its jury, which evaluates the performance with scores from 1 to 10. The team with the most points wins.

Ideas for integrating dance games with prizes

Integration dancing is a great form of fun for both employees and employers. Dancing is amazing to bring people together and provides a lot of impressions. It is worth ensuring that the integration dance games take the form of contests with prizes that will teach the participants of the event to cooperate, effectively communicate, and above all, they will be an interesting form of fun.  

An example of a prop competition is group hula-hoops. The participants of this interesting integration dance game are divided into several teams - six or seven people each. Each team gets several hula-hoops - they can be of different sizes. Competitors hold hands. Their task is to put all the hoops through the "human chain" as quickly as possible, holding hands all the time. The team to do this first wins! The prize can be bottles of good alcohol, a set of sweets or some other interesting item - e.g. with the company's logo.  

Integration dance games as one of the elements of the event organization

Organizing integration for employees is not an easy task. You should remember about many details, plan everything at the right time so that the event brings specific results. Integration dancing is only one of the many elements that make up a successful integration. What belongs to the others?

First of all: determining the nature of the event. Everything depends on it: choice of location, form of integration, choice of accommodation, choice of menu, etc. The event can take the form of a traditional party with background music, but you can also try a themed party, e.g. in the style of the 1980s. The theme will make the event unique, one of a kind. Participants of such fun will surely remember the event for a long time. 

Another element is the location and the facility itself. If the integration takes the form of a dance party, we must find a hotel or restaurant with a sufficiently large dance floor. In this case, it is worth choosing a place in a manor, hotel or guesthouse, which provides comfortable accommodation. Reservation hotel for a business trip it's always a great option. After hours of madness, participants will be able to rest in the reserved rooms.

The menu must not be forgotten either. If we organize a party in a restaurant, remember about a few hot dishes, a cold plate, refreshing drinks and dishes for vegetarians and vegans. The attractions, which are also an important element of the integration event, will diversify the event. One of the examples are integration dance games, which will not only provide guests with a huge dose of laughter and a lot of positive emotions, but also bring them closer to each other and have a positive impact on relationships. 

Integration dance games as a great form of integration

Integration is the key to the success of each team and company. It primarily affects the effectiveness of the work of the entire group, which in turn has a significant impact on the motivation to work, the level of communication in the team, and conflict resolution. An integrated team can do more. It can achieve spectacular success on the market and lead the company to the top. In a well-coordinated, efficiently functioning group of employees, there are rarely conflicts, communication is at the highest level, everything is done on the basis of cooperation. 

Integration is an inseparable element of the functioning of any activity and a cure for problems in the team. Sometimes there are conflicts between employees, lack of motivation, not using the group's potential, ineffective communication in the team - all these problems can be solved by a properly selected form of integration. It is thanks to her that employees have the opportunity to get to know each other better, understand their needs and characters, and build a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the workplace.
