Analytical marketing is a special type of classic marketing that uses accurate information about customers obtained in various types of research. The purpose of such an action is to increase sales through the maximum adjustment of the created marketing content to the client's profile, competition as well as other aspects resulting from a given market.

Marketing, types can be classified according to various criteria. When it comes to analytical, the first type is geomarketing. Geomarketing allows you to plan promotional activities based on geospatial data. GIS (Geographic Information System) software is used to carry out the analyses. The most frequently performed analysis is the modeling of the optimal location - helpful during placing the product on the market.

The second form of analytical marketing is neuromarketing. These are all activities based on psychological and psychophysical research. Research shows how people react to given advertising stimuli. What's more, the use of neuromarketing allows you to tailor advertising messages to your audience as much as possible.

Behavioral marketing, otherwise known as behavioral targeting, is directing the internet user's attention to specific content based on their previous behavior on the website. Cookies remember the pages viewed by the user, create knowledge bases associated with a specific Internet user and, on their basis, prepare advertising messages tailored to their expectations.

Analytical marketing is also benchmarking, i.e. a special type of analysis of the market environment. Strategic benchmarking it is about comparing your own enterprise with those considered to be the best in a given market.

The last type are loyalty programs. According to the definition, these are long-term marketing activities that help build and maintain relationships with the most attractive customers for the company.
