It might seem that feudalism is a relic of the past and a creation that does not exist today, and yet a large part of companies create feudal relations between the employer and employees. I guess there is no major mistake. An employee can change a job within a few days, this is how the market works today. It will not be difficult or time-consuming for him, and he will find a new job without much hassle. The employer has to spend much more time training a new team member. Then they lose money and time. Treating employees as subordinates is as unethical as it is ineffective. Leadership and being a leader are not the same as despotism and this should be borne in mind.
