Challenges for Commplace
Our main task will be to create a properly optimized website based on a user-friendly structure. Importantly - Quadra Net offers repair services for over 100 product categories from over 100 manufacturers! Therefore, we will put a lot of emphasis on the presentation of the offer in such a way that the potential recipient can in a few steps get to the information that interests him. The website user, in addition to viewing its content, can use the following functions: "report really", "check the repair status", "provide feedback". Consistent integration of individual structures with the forms will be our priority. We will take care of the better one branding. It will allow to efficiently complete the customer's shopping path, and then eliminate post-purchase dissonance caused by the lack of access to a specific activity (e.g. checking the repair status).
We increase customer satisfaction
The multitude of product categories is also important information for our SEO Department. Designing appropriate guidelines to achieve high positions of the company in the Google search engine - this is an important element of planned activities. This is an indispensable part of the work on the new website. At Commplace, we know that without it, it would be impossible to achieve the assumed effects.

Your company's website is often the first contact of a potential customer with your brand. It is a tool that sells 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It reflects your brand in every way and can be one of the most powerful marketing tools if only properly optimized.
So it goes without saying that it's important that your website performs the best it can from representing your business and brand. There is nothing worse than a static and archaic website that says nothing about the brand and its offering. Wondering if it's time for a new website design for your business? If so, we have compiled a list of the most important reasons why you should consider refreshing your website.
1. Your website doesn't look attractive.
If you think that a website is not pleasant to the eye, potential customers will probably share your opinion. You need a website that will be engaging, visually attractive and put your brand first. Remember, the site is the showcase that is responsible for the first impression.
2. Your website looks as if it was designed by an amateur.
Does the website design reflect the quality of your brand? Does it look like it was designed by an amateur? Choosing the cheapest deal will save you money in the short term, but it won't provide the quality and results your business needs.
3. Your website is difficult to navigate.
Can your audience find what they need in two or fewer clicks? Is the menu simple and uncomplicated? With the evolution of the internet, users' expectations for convenience and functionality have changed as well. Contemporary web users require quick access to interesting content.
4. Your website takes a long time to load.
If your content and images take too long to load, you automatically lose leads. Users don't have the patience or time to wait. What's more - Google's algorithms also take loading time into account in their search engine rankings. This means that not only are people frustrated with your website, but it also won't rank high in the search engines. Effect? After entering the phrase regarding your offer, the potential customer will not be able to find your website.
5. The analysis of the site data shows large gaps.
Website analysis is a great way to compare website performance. It will allow you to answer, inter alia, questions about whether:
- website has a high bounce rate?
- the average time spent by a visitor on the site is extremely short?
- do you have a low average number of pageviews per visit?
All of these may indicate that your website needs improvement.
6. Your website is not adapted to mobile devices.
Mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) are becoming the basic device for browsing the Internet for many people. As people spend more and more time on mobile devices, it is important that your website displays correctly on those devices. According to Google, almost 75% users prefer a website that is adapted to mobile devices. This is a clear signal that website responsiveness has become a standard.
7. Your website does not contain "call to action".
The website is used to attract potential customers as well as to fuel the business. An effective call to action (CTA) results in more leads and conversions. A call to action is when you ask a website user to take a specific action. This specific action may include requesting additional information or a presentation, subscribing to your blog, registering for an event, or making a purchase. Whatever action you want your visitors to take, you need to make it clear on your site with graphics, buttons, banners, or links. Almost every page on your website should have a clear call to action.
