  • Content creation – preparing articles, blog entries, press materials and other forms of communication that present the company in a positive light.
  • Media relations – establishing and maintaining relationships with journalists and media to ensure positive publications about the company.

Crisis situations may occur in every company, which may negatively affect its image. The task of PR is to manage such situations quickly and effectively. It includes:

  • Media monitoring – tracking what is said about the company in the media and on social networking sites.
  • Responding to crises – developing communication strategies in response to crises, preparing press statements and conducting press conferences.

PR to nie tylko komunikacja z mediami, ale także z różnymi grupami interesariuszy, takimi jak klienci, inwestorzy, pracownicy czy partnerzy biznesowi. Celem działań PR jest więc zarówno odpowiednio prowadzona komunikacja wewnętrzna – czyli informowanie pracowników o strategiach firmy, ważnych wydarzeniach i celach – jak i zewnętrzna, w tym np. komunikacja z inwestorami. Ta ostatnia obejmuje m. in. przygotowywanie raportów rocznych, organizowanie spotkań z inwestorami i dbanie o transparentność działań firmy.
