Moreover, drivers from countries outside the European Union or EFTA countries must also pass a theoretical driving test. According to experts, the entry into force of the new regulations will eliminate up to 28,000 application drivers from the market throughout Poland, which will result in the fact that even 20% transport will not be possible and the price of services will increase by a minimum of 10%.
