  • We are the only PR agency in Poland that has its own brand of beer and its own brand of coffee.
  • We support corporations, multi-branch companies and local ambitious entrepreneurs.

Challenges what we put in front of you

you are not involved in telemarketing - we have a separate team

you are not involved in acquiring offers from the market - we have a separate team

preparation of tailored offers and event presentations (cooperation with the event management department, a team of chefs) - you will receive packages of material templates and guidelines

cooperation with the agency's partners - implementation of events all over Poland and abroad

creating and managing sales funnels. Daily work in CRM.

conducting detailed talks with potential clients - detailing briefs - negotiations

systematic communication with potential and current customers (management of brand communication tools)

taking care of the image of the agency and our event facility - building a positive image among potential customers

market analysis and active search for interesting solutions in the area of event organization

What from you we wait

necessary condition - minimum 3 years of experience in sales of events - work in an event agency / sales departments in hotels / other related (supported by successes)
knowledge of the implementation of corporate events, special events, weddings, thematic and outdoor events
independence, dynamics of action, goal orientation, self-improvement motivation
negotiation skills in the area of selling events
ability to work under time pressure
fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
knowledge of the practical specifics of the implementation of events (sound system, lighting, risks during events, transport, hotel facilities, dishes, etc.)
skills in preparing offers (Powert Point), costing Excel offers, building a schedule of events, taking illustrative photos of events
