Every good store should provide him with this opportunity. However, apart from the opportunity to ask questions, it is also extremely important that customers receive quick and comprehensive answers. Especially since getting quick feedback from the seller is very well received by customers and has a positive impact on their experience.

How to create a good contact page? First, you must include all necessary contact details. A link to the store's social media will also be welcome, provided they are run. Additionally, data such as REGON and NIP allow customers to independently check the credibility of the store by searching for its data in official sources. It is also important for customers to provide the store's bank account number on the contact page.

The contact page should be transparent. Visual issues, graphic layout, consistency with the rest of the website - all this matters. More important information can be highlighted in bold text and even special graphics can be used. Many users praise the contact form solution. It is worth including an encouragement to contact it, i.e. the so-called call to action. These are phrases such as "contact us" or "we are waiting for your message".
