What is a lead?
Lead is any form of contact of a person who shows an interest in your company's product or service. Lead generation, in turn, means acquiring people interested in purchasing a product or service, and then redirecting them to the right place. Lead may contain personal data - name, surname, e-mail address or telephone number. Why is generating leads so important in successful enterprises? From a business perspective, the leads collected by the company help to personalize opening communication and reduce the time spent calling potential customers who may not belong to your target audience.
