This trend has been going on for many years. On Google, employees have access to company hives. These are, of course, examples of the activities of the largest companies in the world, hence, of course, you do not have to go this way straight away. It is about showing that nature has extraordinary properties for the psyche of an employee. Therefore, you cannot forget about it if you want to integrate your team.

Of course, 2022 will not differ much from 2021 and the trend will continue to be team integration in the online world. In short, it looks like this: team members log into the platform and play games together, cooking workshops or informal meetings.
