It should also be noted that many professionals emigrated abroad in search of better wages, which resulted in a significant deficit on the market. Sometimes it is worth applying for support to people from the HR industry or seeking recruitment knowledge on your own. In many cases, it turns out that the problem does not lie with the lack of employees on the market, but with the poor structure of the advertisement or its publication channels. When recruiting for a specific position, you should also remember that individual development plan may encourage candidates to take up a job. A clear career path is something that attracts many ambitious people, and this is what the employer wants to have in their team.

Consumers in today's market have become aware of their needs and, in part, picky. They do not buy products that do not convince them and do not use services that do not seem to guarantee the desired quality. The situation is complicated by a huge one indirect competition and direct and difficulties in breaking out in the market. Often there are also additional costs that the entrepreneur has to bear in order to give himself a chance to get out of the shadows. Some activities cannot be calculated at the beginning, and expenses may appear over time - and must be reckoned with. There is nothing worse for a businessman than to die in the midst of the competition. And yet it is not only about fighting and survival, but also about development and new perspectives. The trader must first fight for the customer's attention and keep him. And this is also associated with the need to reach the right target group. How to fix it and not go crazy?  

Communication strategy, brand image building and positioning are some of the areas in which activities should be carried out. It can be dealt with fully independently or partially, as long as the entrepreneur has the appropriate knowledge. Another option is to find specialists who have been active in internet marketing for many years and can provide knowledge and experience gained during many years of professional practice. The third option, which will allow the entrepreneur to be relieved of obligations and at the same time reduce costs, is based on carrying out some activities independently and outsourcing the rest of the duties to an external company. The marketing agency will achieve much better results in a much shorter time, but you have to take into account additional costs.

High cost is also a problem

Running a company is always associated with costs: you have to pay salaries to employees, settle payments to ZUS and US, have the capital to purchase goods and equipment for an office or production hall. It would be great if there were funds also for the further development of the company. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs have serious problems with maintaining financial liquidity, which in the worst case ends up in closing the business. The costs of running a business in Poland are too high for many micro-entrepreneurs, and small and medium-sized enterprises, which lack the strength to develop due to the lack of funds, face a similar problem.   

The cause is often in the wrong the company's development strategy and brand building. Entrepreneurs focus on the wrong goals, wasting time and money on their implementation, when much better results can be achieved by directing energy towards more effective activities. At the same time, it often turns out that they have poor disposal of the accumulated capital - they do not invest in development, but are willing to spend money on an ultra-modern office or another, poorly tailored marketing campaign, which they unsuccessfully implement on their own.  

Can all entrepreneurs' problems disappear? 

Some troubles can not be resolved, because some expenses cannot be avoided. When hiring employees, you have to pay wages and pay contributions or pay taxes. It is also difficult to get rid of competition or find a competent employee in a fraction of a second. After all, some problems can be avoided, knowing that they may arise. Running a company is associated with enormous pressure, a certain type of responsibility for the people employed and skilful management of time and resources. An entrepreneur who knows what difficulties he has to face has a chance to prepare an appropriate strategy and thus take the necessary steps.
