Social media and online campaigns: a communication system, not a stream of posts
What we deliver
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Strategy | Why the brand is in social media, who it speaks to, the role of each channel, topics, formats, tone and rhythm |
| Profile management | Planning, content preparation and consistent publishing in the chosen channels |
| Content and creative | Posts, graphics, stories, short video, carousels, polls and expert formats matched to channel and audience |
| Paid campaigns | Objectives, audiences, messages and ad formats, optimised for reach, engagement, traffic, leads or sales |
| Community management | Comments, messages and day-to-day contact with the community — conversation, not only publishing |
| Reporting and optimisation | Reach, engagement, clicks, campaign results, community growth and business effects — and what to change next month |
Every channel has a different job
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok do not work the same way. We decide where the brand should build reach, where relationships and where expert credibility — and plan formats accordingly. For B2B companies LinkedIn usually carries the expert voice of the company and its leaders; for consumer brands short video and creators matter more.
Influencer marketing
Creators can take a brand to communities it would not reach with its own profile. We choose them for the campaign goal, the audience and the character of the brand, so the cooperation is credible contact with people — not random reach. Our documented work includes an influencer campaign designed to drive store visits.
How we measure
We separate what was published, who saw and understood it, what changed in attitudes and behaviour, and what it meant for the business. When traffic or sales rise during a campaign, we check the rise against a baseline and, where possible, a comparison group or a held-out audience before calling it an effect — correlation is not causation. Results can be tracked on a decision cockpit.
Selected work
Our case-study library documents social media projects for B2B and B2C brands, including an international B2B social media programme, 360-degree social media for consumer brands, LinkedIn B2B for industrial companies, and social media combined with community management. Social media is often part of a wider plan: see international PR and website design and branding.
Where AI helps
AI speeds up drafts, format variants, scheduling and the first pass of analysis. Tone, facts and anything that goes out under the brand’s name are approved by a person. More on our approach: AI services for marketing and PR.
Evidence, not promises
30 years of practice since 1996, 350+ brands, 101 documented case studies, 376 written client references with an average rating of 4.98/5.
