Commplace AI: AI decision support for marketing, PR and management

Commplace® AI is the set of artificial-intelligence tools our agency uses in client work. The principle is simple: AI will not replace people. It replaces guessing. The tools collect signals and data, show patterns and possible scenarios, and then measure the effect. A person makes the decision — on facts, not assumptions. Talk to us →

Six steps: from signal to course correction

StepWhat happensWhat comes out
1. Signalscollecting data from the market, media, content, competitors and audience behaviourone data set instead of five disconnected reports
2. Patternsfinding recurring relationships and places where communication loses strengtha list of phenomena to verify, not a hunch
3. Scenarioscomparing options with their cost and riskat least two routes instead of one
4. Decisionspointing to the option with the strongest business casea recommendation with reasons and named risks
5. Executionorganising repeatable tasksshorter time from decision to delivery
6. Measurementtracking the effect and spotting deviationsthe moment to correct the course

Modules

  • PR AI — reputation work: topic maps, risk detection, position papers and measurement within the AMEC framework. See international PR.
  • Digital AI — digital channels, content, and visibility in search engines and in AI answers. See generative engine optimization.
  • Offer generator — proposals assembled from tested, approved blocks instead of written from scratch.
  • Strateg AI — strategy options, market benchmarks, scoring and scenarios.
  • Visual AI — the visual layer: consistency with the brand book, creative variants, production of materials.
  • All-in-One — the modules combined into one workflow for a large project.

Decision cockpits

For clients who need to steer communication and marketing week by week, we build decision cockpits in Commwork®: one screen that starts from the decision, not from charts — baseline, target, alert threshold, owner and the next action for each indicator. We have built them for companies in retail, manufacturing, energy, IT services and for a corporate foundation.

Market intelligence in practice

The same modules run our media, opinion and market intelligence work for international clients. For a Fortune Global 500 energy company in Poland they support continuous media monitoring, analysis of media and public opinion, market-trend and competitor analysis, advanced models of the Polish market and regular reports — with media relations on top. The tools collect and structure the signals; experienced analysts verify every conclusion and label it as fact, interpretation or hypothesis before it reaches the client.

The difference: rules, not tools

Everyone has access to language models today. The difference lies in the rules they work under — and in what stops them.

  • Every number has an evidence label: fact, interpretation, benchmark, hypothesis or to be confirmed. The reader knows at once what is measured and what is an assumption.
  • No advertising value equivalent as proof of PR value — the industry standard rejects it.
  • Correlation is not impact. Growth after a campaign does not prove the campaign caused it; we check baselines and comparison groups.
  • Forecasts as ranges, not a single number. With three or more uncertain variables we give a probability range (Monte Carlo simulation).
  • Quality gates before delivery. Material without a source and a date does not leave the agency.

Where AI stops

Commplace® AI can analyse, compare, simulate, prepare drafts, propose options and flag risks. It cannot, without human approval, send, publish, delete, buy, give final approval, launch a campaign or make a financial commitment. For matters that are financially or reputationally sensitive, a human always signs off.

Who it is for

  • Companies with a lot of data and no shared picture of the situation.
  • Teams whose decisions rest on beliefs because there is no time to collect facts.
  • Marketing that runs, but nobody can say which activities work.
  • Boards that ask for a forecast and get a single number with no stated uncertainty.

It makes no sense where the problem is a missing strategy or no agreement on direction. Technology will not fix that.

Frequently asked questions

What is Commplace AI?

The set of AI tools Commplace uses in client work. It works in six steps — signals, patterns, scenarios, decisions, execution and measurement. A person always makes the decision.

Is Commplace AI a software subscription?

No. It is not sold as separate software with a price list. It is how the agency works; the tools are part of client service.

Does AI write your texts for clients?

It prepares drafts and variants. Every piece that goes to a client or to the media is checked by a person for facts, sources, brand tone and legal compliance.

How do you know an AI result is true?

We do not assume it is. Every piece of information gets an evidence label, and numbers without a source and date are stopped before delivery.

Is my data used to train models?

We work on a limited-data principle: only what a specific task needs goes into analysis. Processing rules are agreed with the client before work starts, including GDPR requirements.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Our clients include international groups such as Aramco, Fortum, Saint-Gobain and Pirelli, and we work in English and Polish.
