International PR agency in Poland: evidence-based public relations for global brands

Commplace® has practised public relations since 1996. We work for more than 350 brands — from leading Polish companies to international groups such as Aramco, Fortum, Saint-Gobain, Pirelli and Deutsche Bank. Our promise is simple: PR based on evidence, built to support business decisions. Talk to us →

What we do

PR does not start with a press release. It starts with understanding where a brand stands: what it wants to say, to whom and why. We combine three decades of media experience with market analysis, media monitoring, audience data and the Commplace® AI toolset, so communication is built on facts rather than intuition.

  • PR strategy and advisory — what the brand should say, to whom, in what language and with what proof.
  • Media relations — stories with genuine news value, prepared for the right editors, and a brand ready to answer when journalists call.
  • Content and narrative — expert articles, commentary, press materials and statements that bring the brand into the right conversations.
  • Crisis management — scenarios, holding statements and rules of response. See crisis communications.
  • Internal communication — a consistent flow of information inside the organisation.
  • Digital PR and AI visibility — making coverage work for search and for AI assistants. See generative engine optimization.
  • Corporate events and executive visibility — events that feed communication, and leaders who can speak for the company.

Working across markets

We run communication for international clients and for companies taking their brand abroad. Two examples from our documented case studies:

  • United Arab Emirates. A communication strategy for a client entering the Dubai market: market and regulatory analysis, cultural context, competitor benchmarking, B2B and B2C segmentation for the GCC, media and channel selection, and a PR plan for the Arab market.
  • Germany, Austria and Central Europe. An export strategy for a premium Polish apparel brand: readiness audit, brand positioning for foreign markets, a phased market-entry roadmap, localisation, and PR in the new markets.

Client names in case studies are anonymised where contracts require it. Our client list, shown publicly on our website, includes Aramco, KGHM, Pirelli, Deutsche Bank, Saint-Gobain, Randstad, Deichmann, Leroy Merlin, ECCO, Eckes-Granini, EcoFlow, Fortum and De Dietrich.

Evidence, not promises

  • 30 years of practice in public relations, since 1996.
  • 350+ brands and 1,200+ communication and marketing projects.
  • 101 documented case studies, 87 of them backed by a document in the project file (campaign report, audit or publication).
  • 376 written client references, average rating 4.98/5.
  • 53 specialists in the team; at least five experts dedicated to each project.

Two measured results: for CEDR Energo (district heating and transmission networks) — 553 publications in one month with a combined reach of 15,093,053; for Neptun Energy (photovoltaics and heat pumps) — 95 publications in 30 days with a combined reach of 26,841,779. We report outputs, reach and traffic — never an “advertising value equivalent”, which the AMEC measurement standard rejects.

How we measure PR

We separate four levels, following the international AMEC framework: outputs (what was published), outtakes (who saw and understood it), outcomes (what changed in attitudes and behaviour) and impact (what it meant for the organisation). When traffic or sales rise after a campaign, we check it against a baseline, a comparison group or a regional test — because correlation is not causation.

How an engagement runs

  1. Diagnosis — the brand’s current visibility, reputation, competitors and the topics that matter to its audiences.
  2. Strategy — messages, audiences, channels, proof points and a rhythm of activity.
  3. Execution — media relations, content, events, digital and executive visibility.
  4. Measurement and correction — monitoring coverage, reactions and context, and adjusting the plan.

Pricing

Retainers are billed in Polish zloty, net of VAT: START from PLN 9,500 per month (65 hours), EXPERT from PLN 15,000 (100 hours), PRO from PLN 20,000 (200 hours). International projects are scoped individually after a first conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. Our clients include international groups such as Aramco, Fortum, Saint-Gobain and Pirelli, and we have delivered communication strategies for markets including the United Arab Emirates, Germany and Austria.

Do you provide media intelligence for global corporations?

Yes. For a Fortune Global 500 energy company we have delivered more than 730 daily reports in 24 months, each with an average of nine analyses of media, competitors, regulation and geopolitical risk, in English and ready for the global board.

What does “evidence-based PR” mean?

Effectiveness is judged by measurable results, not claims. We separate outputs, outtakes, outcomes and impact according to the AMEC standard, and we do not use advertising value equivalents.

How do you use AI in public relations?

As decision support: research, scenarios, media monitoring, content drafts and a crisis radar. People make the decisions, keep the media relationships and take responsibility for every word.

How much does a PR retainer cost?

From PLN 9,500 net per month for the START package (65 hours). International projects are priced after scoping.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Polish. For each market we plan media, channels and messages separately, because audiences and sources differ from country to country.
